Li Connolly
As the founder and president of Connolly Steele, Li's primary duty is to "run our company to ensure our clients can run theirs." For nearly three decades, she has been helping individuals and businesses make sense of their finances and supporting them in reaching their goals.
Before starting her own firm, Li worked for several years in the auditing department of Touche Ross and was controller at Longue Vue Club. “Opening Connolly Steele was an opportunity for me to help other businesses while being a business owner myself,” she says. Family has always been at the center of Connolly Steele: Li’s father, Lewis, is a founding principal of the firm; her husband, Mike, runs the technology division; and all of Li’s children have spent time working at Connolly Steele.
Both Li and her husband are graduates of Duquesne University. They have been married for over 30 years and have three adult children. When they're not hard at work, they enjoy spending time in nature, or at home with their cat, Socks.
