I am a "People Person" who believes everyone has the courage to overcome their fears and insecurities and become whatever they dream. A lifelong self-doubter, I buckled down on my health and career in 2020, after a life-changing medical diagnosis. I started my own business and became a bestselling author. My firm, K2 Creative, provides sensible, strategic solutions for clients across multiple industries - with a focus on helping female entrepreneurs including authors, coaches, and speakers gain visibility and solidify their brand. My passion for helping others and promoting other women in business prompted me to create the Amazon bestseller, Twenty Won - 21 Female Entrepreneurs Share Their Stories of Business Resilience During a Global Crisis. I use my diverse professional background to have down-to-earth conversations and to continually find ways to use my experiences to mentor other women and entrepreneurs. I'm not a therapist, counselor, or coach - I simply feel that I can inspire others to do what I did: take chances that have positive, life-changing results!
My workshops can be presented virtually or in person, include a workbook, and are appropriate for both women and men, and a fit for:

"I believe it's human nature to doubt ourselves... and I also believe it doesn't have to be that way."

Testimonials & Recommendations
"Kelli not only has a fascinating journey as an entrepreneur, but she also has an interesting story about imposter syndrome. I love how Kelli led our group deep into her personal story and also helped us identify how imposter syndrome shows up in our own lives. It was fascinating to see that, even though I've been in business for years, I still have remnants of it showing up that keep ME from showing up. Kelli is a powerful presenter, not just because of her story, but also because of how she engages the audience with the different parts of her talk. You really feel like you are a part of the presentation! I highly recommend Kelli as a speaker for groups that want to show up more in their careers and start standing in their power." - Cori Wamsley, Aurora Corialis Publishing
"The best thing about Kelli Komondor as a guest on my podcast was how much thought she put into her preparation for our conversation. She had insightful and honest responses to my questions about her business experiences. Kelli is an exceptional communicator and conversationalist and makes a terrific podcast guest. She cares enormously about people and the importance of each and every relationship in business."
- Ingrid Thompson, So You Want to Start a Business & Healthy Numbers Podcasts, Sydney, AUS "I thoroughly enjoyed having Kelli as a guest on my podcast. She is not only smart, insightful, and super qualified to discuss a wide range of topics related to marketing and entrepreneurship, but she's also a fun and lively conversationalist who brings a ton of energy and positive vibes to the discussion. As a podcast host, I'm always looking for guests who can add a dash of showmanship to the interview, and Kelli delivered big time. I'd be happy to have her back on my show in a heartbeat." - Jeremy Shere, Tribal Knowledge Podcasting "Kelli led the discussion about “building a village” at the Brave Women Brunch in June. She is masterful at priming a topic for feedback from multiple perspectives, and in this case, built the conversation from who’s in your village, to why you need one, and onto how it changes over time. She carried the multi-generational sharing session to a bundle of takeaway gems encouraging understanding and support while receiving the same." - Tina Winner, Managing Partner, Winner Partners |
